领悟社会支持对大学生未来工作自我清晰度的影响——职业生涯探索与核心自我评价的作用

The effects of perceived social support on college students' future work self salience: roles of career exploration and core self-evaluations

采用领悟社会支持量表、职业生涯探索量表、核心自我评价量表和未来工作自我清晰度量表对650名大学生进行调查。结果表明,领悟社会支持、职业生涯探索、核心自我评价与未来工作自我清晰度呈两两正相关关系;职业生涯探索在领悟社会支持与未来工作自我清晰度之间起部分中介作用;核心自我评价通过调节领悟社会支持,影响职业生涯探索,进而影响大学生未来工作自我清晰度中介过程的前半路径。由此提出一个有调节的中介模型,揭示了领悟社会支持对大学生未来工作自我清晰度的影响路径及这种影响在不同个体中存在的差异。

650 college students were investigated with the Perceived Social Support Scale,the Career Exploration Scale,the Core Self-Evaluations Scale,and the Future Work Self Salience Scale.The results indicate that:(1)significant positive correlations are observed among any two of Perceived Social Support,Career Exploration,Core Self-Evaluations and Future Work Self Salience;(2)Career Exploration plays a partial-mediating role between Perceived Social Support and Future Work Self Salience;(3)Core Self-evaluations impact the first half path of the mediation effect on College Students'Future Work Self Salience through moderating Perceived Social Support and influencing Career Exploration.Based on the results,a moderated mediation model is proposed to reveal the influence path between Perceived Social Support and College Students'Future Work Self Salience,as well as individual differences of the impacts.
