摘要 从原子尺度及量子效应切入,研究水分子氢键与气体分子键合机制,反氢键效应与表面界面机制,以及表皮水分子二维构型规则等等。首次提出了“水之皮”的狭义概念和广义概念,及其物理特征和基本原则。进而,结合水合作用原理及常见物理现象,从原子分子层面上给出了“水之皮”的物理描述,以及疏水效应的物理解释。从而以全新视角诠释了表皮水分子相互作用与运动规律,为水科学基础研究开辟了新契机。 Based on atomic scale and quantum effect,this paper studies the hydrogen bonding mechanism of water molecule with gas molecule,the anti-hydrogen bond effect and the surface interface mechanism,as well as the two-dimensional configuration rules of skin water molecule.For the first time,the narrow and generalized concepts of"skin of water",as well as its physical characteristics and basic principles are introduced.Furthermore,the physical description of the"skin of water"and the physical explanation of the hydrophobic effect are given from the atomic and molecular level.Thus,the interaction and movement of epidermal water molecules are explained from a new perspective,which opens up a new opportunity for the basic research of water science.
