The construction of county-level emergency broadcasting system is an important foundation project for the construction of national emergency broadcasting system and is a key node for releasing grassroots emergency information.Taking the construction project of the emergency broadcasting demonstration system in Kazuo county as an example,this paper discusses the demand analysis,construction principle,technical framework,business process and project deployment of the emergency broadcasting system at the county-level.
