病毒调控细胞自噬信号分子及其通路研究进展 被引量:1

Progress on Signaling Molecules and Pathways of Autophagy Regulated by Virus

摘要 近年来,病毒的复制增殖与细胞自噬两者之间的关系已成为人们研究的焦点,已有大量研究表明两者之间存在密切联系。细胞自噬是机体为抵抗外界干扰,维持正常能量代谢水平的一种发生在真核生物体内的相对保守的过程。而病毒因其不能自主复制增殖,依赖于相关宿主细胞代谢为其提供能量与原材料。研究发现,病原体入侵细胞可以抑制或诱发细胞自噬的发生,而细胞自噬的发生又与细胞内代谢水平密切相关,反过来细胞代谢改变影响病毒的复制增殖。本研究主要从自噬与病毒的相互关系、病毒启动自噬的信号分子、病毒调控自噬的信号通路这三个方面阐述病毒调控细胞自噬信号分子及其通路研究进展,旨在探讨细胞自噬及其调控与病毒增殖的关系,为抗病毒药物、疫苗的研制提供新的思路。 In recent years,the relationship between viral replication and autophagy has become the focus of re search,and a large number of studies have shown that there is a link between them.Autophagy is a relatively con--servative process in the body of eukaryotes that resists external disturbances and maintains normal levels of energy metabolism.However,because the virus cannot replicate autonomously,its self-replication and proliferation depend on the metabolism of the host cells to provide energy and raw materials.The study found that after pathogens invade cells,pathogens can inhibit or induce autophagy in the external factors,and the occurrence of autophagy is closely related to the level of intracellular metabolism,which closely affects the replication and proliferation of the virus.In this paper,the research progress of autophagy affecting host cells after viral infection is briefly described from the relationship between autophagy and virus,the response of autophagy signaling molecules after viral infection and the changes of related autophagy signaling pathways.The aim of this review is to explore the interrelationship between autophagy and its regulation and viral replication and proliferation,and provide a theoretical basis for further research on autophagy and viral replication and the development of antiviral drugs and vaccines.
