摘要
为解决武器装备论证、设计、生产和使用中质量管理存在的问题,提高武器装备通用质量特性管理水平。基于系统工程思想,通过分析通用质量特性管理系统的运行原理、子系统交互作用,构建其参数体系框架及相应的模型体系框架,重点对通用质量特性管理体系、通用质量特性设计与评估等内容进行分析。该研究对武器装备通用质量特性管理有一定的指导意义,可为装备全寿命周期内的通用质量管理以及装备在役考核的开展提供参考。
In order to improve the management level of general quality characteristics of weapons and equipment in the stage of demonstration,design,production and service.Based on the idea of system engineering,through analyzing the operating principle of the general quality characteristic management system and the interaction of subsystems,the parameter system framework and the corresponding model system framework are constructed,focusing on the general quality characteristic management system,general quality characteristic design and evaluation,etc.The research result can provide reference for the general quality characteristics management during the entire life cycle and equipment assessment in-service.
