摘要 对于大型长流程钢铁企业来说,在生产过程中,速度和时间就是效益。高炉、转炉是钢铁企业的核心工序,精细、高效地衔接高炉与转炉两大工序是提升企业生产组织能力的重要途径,也是实现高效化生产的关键。安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司基于集约化理论全方位科学优化铁钢界面生产组织,通过实行“一罐到底”、加强铁水罐管理、改变铁水罐运输模式、电炉定炉定罐制、废钢结构“私人定制”、转炉和电炉生产组织创新、冷轧集中一贯制等措施,以大数据动态调度模型为支撑,提高铁水罐周转速率,降低铁水周转环节的温度损失,提高铁水的入炉温度,优化废钢结构,缩短炼钢冶炼周期,实现了企业高效化生产,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。 For large-scale long-process steel companies,speed and time are benefits in the production process.Blast furnaces and converters are the core processes of iron and steel enterprises,the precise and efficient linking of the two processes of blast furnace and converter is an important way to improve the production organization capacity of an enterprise,which is also the key to achieving efficient production.Based on the theory of intensification,Anyang Iron&Steel Group Co.,Ltd.scientifically optimized the iron-steel interface production organization,and through the im⁃plementation of"one tank to the end",strengthening the management of molten iron tanks,changing the transporta⁃tion mode of molten iron tanks,electric furnace fixed furnace and fixed tank system,"private customization"of scrap steel structure,innovation of converter and electric furnace production organization,and cold rolling centralized and consistent system,etc.,it used the big data dynamic scheduling model as its support to increase the turnover rate of hot metal tanks,reduce the temperature loss of molten iron turnover,increase the temperature of molten iron entering the furnace,optimize the structure of scrap steel,shorten the steelmaking cycle,and realize the high-efficiency pro⁃duction of the enterprise,which has achieved significant economic and social benefits.
