上海地区公共建筑能源智能管控技术的思考

摘要 以公共建筑智能化节能技术推广可行性问题为驱动,对国内外建筑能源智能管控技术的现状与发展趋势、上海地区10个代表性公共建筑案例的设备控制系统及能源管理系统的使用深度、应用模式开展调研;总结分析能源智控技术发展中存在的问题,提出技术研究与发展的建议,以为未来标准政策研究制定、关键技术推广应用提供参考依据。 Driven by the feasibility of intelligent energy-saving technology promotion in public buildings,this paper carried out a series of investigation including the current situation and developing trend of intelligent building energy management and control technology at home and abroad,the application depth and mode of equipment control system and energy management system in 10 representative public buildings in Shanghai,then summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of intelligent energy control technology,and puts forward technical research and development suggestions to provide a reference for the research and setting of standards or policies and the popularization and application of key technologies.
