摘要
通过对《城市轨道交通公共安全防范系统工程技术规范GB51151-2016》的解读,提出构建城市轨道交通智慧安防系统的方案思路及实现路径,在智慧安防独立设置并深度集成视频监控、入侵报警、门禁控制、电子巡更、安检系统的基础上,通过同源架构或异构两种模式,使智慧安防与综合监控系统深度融合,实现双方数据的共享和交互,可根据不同运营场景,应用不同的安全策略防范机制,实现高效的安全防范决策支持及联动,提升了城市轨道交通在安全防范领域的应变能力,最大程度地保障城市轨道交通的安全运营。
Through the interpretation of″Urban Rail Transit Public Security System Engineering Technical Specifications GB51151-2016″,this paper proposes the idea and implementation path of building a smart security system for urban rail transit.Based on the independent setting of smart security and the deep integration of video surveillance,intrusion alarm,access control,electronic patrol,and security inspection systems.Through two modes of homogenous architecture fusion or heterogeneous fusion,the smart security and ISCS are deeply integrated,it realizes the sharing and interaction of data between both parties.According to different operating scenarios,different security strategy prevention mechanisms can be applied to achieve efficient security prevention decision support and linkage,improves the resilience of urban rail transit in the field of safety prevention,and maximize the safe operation of urban rail transit.
