TBCs对DD6单晶高温持久性能的影响研究

摘要 利用离子镀技术和电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)技术在DD6单晶基体表面依次制备Ni CoCrAlYHf粘结层和YSZ陶瓷面层。研究了TBCs对DD6单晶1100℃/130 MPa高温持久性能的影响。采用SEM、EDS等检测技术对高温持久性能检测后的试样进行分析。结果表明,DD6单晶沉积TBCs涂层后,1100℃高温持久寿命及塑性与单晶基体合金相当,对1100℃高温持久性能无不良影响;TBCs对DD6单晶基体材料具有良好的高温热防护作用,TGO层未出现开裂现象;在基体与粘结层界面未出现针状的TCP相,TBCs在单晶表面具有较好的稳定性,DD6单晶表面涂覆TBCs能满足使用要求。 NiCoCrAlYHf bonding layer and YSZ ceramic surface layer were successively prepared on the surface of DD6 single crystal by ion plating and EB-PVD technology.The effects of TBCs on the high temperature durability of DD6 single crystal at 1100℃/130 MPa were studied.SEM,EDS and other testing techniques were used to analyze the samples after high temperature durability test.The results show that the high temperature durability and plasticity of DD6 single crystal after the deposition of TBCs coating at 1100℃are similar to those of the single crystal base alloy,and there is no adverse effect on the high temperature durability at 1100℃.TBCs had a good high temperature thermal protection effect on the DD6 single crystal base material,and TGO layer does not crack;in the base material,there is no acicular TCP phase at the interface with the bonding layer,TBCs has good stability on the single crystal surface,and then,the coating TBCs on DD6 single crystal surface can meet the use requirements.
