摘要
建设振荡监控系统主站时,需要考虑主电网与区域电网联络的整体情况。主站基于对PMU上送数据的分析,在线对电网振荡模式进行识别,判断发出告警信号并传输命令至站端,及时调控,防范区域电网对主电网带来的安全稳定风险。
Building the master station of oscillation monitoring system,consider the overall situation of the main grid connection with the regional power grid. Based on the analysis of data sent on PMU,on-line identification of the power grid oscillation mode,to determine the alarm signal and send the command to the station side,timely control,prevent the security and stability risks of regional power grid to the main grid.
