某变电站断路器改造过程中异常现象的探讨

摘要 针对某变电站35 kV断路器机构箱更换、调试过程中,出现分、合闸指示灯均亮,无法重合闸等现象,通过研究二次回路发现,断路器和保护装置同时存在防跳回路。两防跳回路同时作用,导致回路不匹配引起断路器合闸后,断路器机构箱处的防跳回路自保持,从而使得分合位置监视回路同时导通,无法实现重合闸。针对以上问题,通过改进电气回路,实现了断路器的防跳功能,解决了断路器"跳跃"等异常的发生。 Aiming at the phenomenon that the opening and closing indicator lights are all on during the replacement and debugging of the 35 kV circuit breaker mechanism box of a substation,and the reclosing cannot be reclosed,it is found through the study of the secondary circuit that the circuit breaker and the protection device have an anti-trip circuit at the same time.The two anti-trip circuits act at the same time,and the circuit breaker is closed due to the mismatch of the circuits.The anti-trip circuit at the mechanism box of the circuit breaker automatically maintains the opening and closing position monitoring circuit to conduct at the same time.In view of the above problems,through the improvement of the electrical circuit,the anti-trip function of the circuit breaker is realized,and the occurrence of abnormalities such as "jumping" of the circuit breaker is solved.
