Core Issues and Prospects of Social Development in East Asia:from the Perspective of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

中日韩三国基于构建人类命运共同体和亚洲命运共同体理念,共同主导推动东亚社会共同发展,对于塑造和平友好、互利共赢、引领未来的东亚国家间合作模式意义重大。中日韩通过拓展未来发展合作空间,将三国合作模式打造成维护东亚和平稳定,推动地区合作的重要平台,并使之成为促进世界发展与繁荣的重要力量。面向21世纪20年代的东亚社会,中日韩携手加强“第三方市场”合作、实现环境保护领域的有效治理、共享数字型社会的技术进步、分享少子老龄化的治理经验,成为东亚社会合作进程中共同面对的核心议题。东亚区域基于社会层面的携同并进和融通合作,将会极大地推进东亚区域一体化进程,为构建亚洲命运共同体和人类命运共同体做出重大贡献。

Based on the concept of building a community of shared future for mankind and A sia,China,Japan and South Korea jointly promote the common development of East Asian society,which is of great significance for shaping a peaceful and friendly,mutually beneficial and winwin cooperation model among East Asian countries,leading the future.By improving the possibility for future development and cooperation,China,Japan and South Korea will build the three countries cooperation model into an important platform for maintaining peace and stability in East Asia and promoting regional cooperation,and make it an important force for promoting global development.Looking into the East Asia in the 2020s,China,Japan and South Korea attempt to strengthen the“third-party market”cooperation,implement effective governance in the field of environmental protection,promote the technological progress of digital society and share the experience of dealing with the issue of aging population with fewer children,which have become the core issues in the process of social cooperation in East Asia.The cooperation will greatly promote the process of regional integration in East Asia and make great contributions to the construction of a community of shared future in Asia and also for all the mankind.
