摘要 【目的】探明玉米硒含量与土壤硒含量的相关性,为富硒玉米的开发和利用提供参考。【方法】以同一环境中48块样地土壤及其收获的玉米籽粒为材料,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤及玉米的硒含量,分析玉米硒含量与土壤硒含量的相关性。【结果】随着土壤平均硒含量增加,玉米平均硒含量随之增加;玉米平均硒含量与土壤平均硒含量的比值为0.1963~0.2016,玉米对土壤硒的吸收稳定。【结论】玉米硒含量与土壤硒含量具有正相关性,在发展富硒玉米时,选择硒含量较高土壤种植玉米,以保证玉米产品的高硒含量。 【Objective】The correlation between corn Se content and soil Se content is explored,which provide a reference for development and application of Se-enriched corn.【Method】The Se contents in soil and corn are determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and taking 48 sample plots soil and corn kernel harvested in the sample plot in the same environment as material,and then the correlations between corn Se content and soil Se content are analyzed.【Result】The average Se content in corn increases with increase of average Se content in soil.The ratio of average Se content in corn to average Se content in soil is 0.1963-0.2016,which indicates the absorption of corn to soil Se is stable.【Conclusion】There is a positive correlation between corn Se content and soil Se content.When developing Se-enriched corn,the Se-enriched soil can be selected to plant corn,thereby ensuring the high Se content in corn product.
