茄褐纹病菌的生物学特性及其防治药剂室内毒力强度

摘要 【目的】探明茄褐纹病菌的生物学特性及不同防治药剂对其室内毒力强度,为南昌地区茄褐纹病的药剂防治提供理论依据。【方法】采用菌丝生长速率法测定茄褐纹病菌(Phomopsis vexans)的生物学特性及8种杀菌剂对该菌的室内毒力。【结果】该菌最适生长温度为25℃,最适pH为6,全黑暗条件下菌丝生长速率最快,为11.00 mm/d;最适培养基为马铃薯蔗糖琼脂培养基(PSA);最佳碳和氮源分别为麦芽糖和蛋白胨;40%氟硅唑、15%三唑酮、70%丙森锌、50%戊唑醇·25%嘧菌酯、70%甲基硫菌灵、43%戊唑醇和50%异菌脲等杀菌剂对茄褐纹病菌毒力较强,其EC 50依次为0.012μg/mL、0.020μg/mL、0.030μg/mL、0.072μg/mL、0.128μg/mL、0.149μg/mL和0.241μg/mL;40%嘧霉胺的毒力较弱,其EC 50为8.013μg/mL。【结论】该研究为茄褐纹病发病规律研究奠定了一定的工作基础。 【Objective】The biological characteristics of Phomopsis vexans and indoor toxicity intensity of different fungicides are discussed,which is to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of P.vexans in Nanchang area.【Method】The biological characteristics of P.vexans and the indoor toxicity of eight fungicides against P.vexans are determined by using mycelium growth rate.【Result】The optimum growth temperature and pH of the bacteria are 25℃and 6.The mycelium growth rate under total dark condition is the fastest of 11.00 mm/d.The optimum medium,carbon and nitrogen source are potato sucrose agar(PSA),maltose and peptone.The toxicity of 40%Flusilazole,15%Triazolone,70%Propineb,50%Tebuconazole·25%Azoxystrobin,70%thiophanate-methyl,43%Tebuconazole and 50%Iprodione against P.vexans is great,and their EC 50 is 0.012μg/mL,0.020μg/mL,0.030μg/mL,0.072μg/mL,0.128μg/mL,0.149μg/mL and 0.241μg/mL respectively.The toxicity of 40%Pyrimethanil against P.vexans is weak with EC 50 of 8.013μg/mL.【Conclusion】The research lays a certain foundation for studying incidence rules of P.vexans.
