摘要 【目的】探明火焰原子吸收光谱法在灞桥樱桃金属元素分析中的应用的可行性,为促进陕西灞桥樱桃产业的发展,完善樱桃营养评价体系提供理论依据。【方法】以当地主栽的早大果、美早、红灯和艳阳4个樱桃品种为试验材料,采用HNO_(3)-HCIO_(4)消解法与火焰原子吸收光谱法相结合,测定不同樱桃品种果实中Mg、Fe、Ca、Cu、Zn和Mn等6种金属元素的含量。【结果】不同樱桃品种6种金属元素含量均为红灯>早大果>美早>艳阳;在试验范围内各金属元素的浓度与吸光度均存在良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9948~0.9992,加标回收率为92.57%~105.79%,相对标准偏差为0.86%~4.94%。【结论】火焰原子吸收光谱法具有检测速度快、灵敏度高、重复性好等优点,适于樱桃及同类产品金属元素含量的准确测定,可为其药理学研究和营养价值探索提供科学依据。 【Objective】The feasibility of application of flame atomic absorption spectrometry in analysis of metal elements in Baqiao cherry is explored,which is to provide the theoretical basis for promoting the development of Baqiao Cherry industry in Shaanxi and perfecting evaluation system for cherry nutrient.【Method】Six metal elements content of Mg,Fe,Ca,Cu,Zn and Mn in fruits of four different cherry cultivars(Zaodaguo,Meizao,Hongdeng and Yanyang)is determined by using HNO_(3)-HCIO_(4) digestion method combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.【Result】Six metal elements content of four different cherry cultivars follows Hongdeng>Zaodaguo>Meizao>Yanyang.There is a good linear relationship between concentration and absorbance of each metal element within the experiment range.The correlation coefficient,recovery and relative standard deviation is 0.9948-0.9992,92.57%-105.79%and 0.86%-4.94%respectively.【Conclusion】The flame atomic absorption spectrometry with advantages of rapid detection,high sensitivity and good repetition is suitable for accurate determining metal element content in cherry and its kind product,which can provide a scientific basis for its pharmacological research and nutrient value exploration.
