土地利用时空格局演变与影响因素:以惠水县为例

Land Use Spatial-temporal Pattern Evolution and Influencing Factors:Taking Huishui County as an example

【目的】探明土地利用时空格局演变及其影响因素,为惠水县土地利用调控提供理论参考。【方法】以贵州省惠水县为例,利用1990年、2000年、2010年、2016年的遥感影像资料和地形图,依托人机交互目视解译及地理信息系统的空间分布和统计功能,根据收集的惠水县土地利用动态度、土地利用空间分布图、土地利用综合指数图等数据,结合人口增长和经济发展分析惠水县土地利用时空分布情况。【结果】1990-2016年惠水县耕地面积持续下降,未利用地和水域面积呈先增后略减趋势,且变化比例相对较小,草地与建设用地呈持续增加趋势;土地利用变化主要是林地与草地、林地与建设用地、耕地与草地、耕地与建设用地间的相互转换。【结论】不同种类用地的需求量,随人口数量不断增多呈上升趋势,土地利用变化的速度和人口数量发展呈正相关性;经济发展会促进惠水县土地利用变化。【建议】优化土地利用结构,促进经济健康发展;加强土地整理,提高土地利用率;关注人口变化,促进城镇土地集约利用,以利于惠水县土地利用调控。

【Objective】The evolution and influencing factors of land use spatial-temporal pattern is explored,which provide the theoretical basis for land use regulation in Huishui County.【Method】Taking Huishui County in Guizhou Province as an example,based on remote sensing image data and topographic map in 1990,2000,2010 and 2016,relying on human-computer interactive visual interpretation and spatial distribution and statistical function of geographical information system,the land use spatial-temporal distribution in Huishui County is analyzed combining with population growth and economic development according to the collected data of land use dynamics,land use spatial distribution map and land use comprehensive index map.【Result】The cultivated land has decreased constantly in Huishui County during 1990-2016,the unused land and water area show a first increasing and then decreasing trend slightly,and the variation ratio is relatively less,grassland and construction land show an increasing trend continuously.The main land use variation is the inter-conversion between woodland and grassland,woodland and construction land,cultivated land and grassland,cultivated land and construction land.【Conclusion】The demand of different land types shows an increasing trend with increase of population.There is a positive correlation between the speed of land use variation and population development.The economic development will promote the land use variation in Huishui County.【Suggestion】Therefore,the land use structure should be optimized to promote economic health development,the land upgrading should be strengthened to improve the land use rate,the population change should be paid attention to promote intensive use of urban land,thereby being beneficial to land use regulation in Huishui County.
