广西钦州市紫米产业发展现状与对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Purple Rice Industry in Qinzhou City of Guangxi

紫米因其独特的营养价值与保健功能,其栽培已成为部分地区促进农业农村经济发展、增加农民收入的主要途径。钦州市独特的地理位置和气候条件特别适宜紫米种植,在钦州市推动紫米产业发展可带动当地农民增收、巩固和壮大乡村振兴产业基础。为推动紫米产业发展成为钦州市新的特色优势农业产业提供参考,通过分析国内紫米产业发展现状和钦州市发展紫米产业的主要优势和不足,提出壮大钦州市紫米产业发展的对策和措施。认为:钦州市具备气候优势突出、土地资源丰富、品种来源有保障、群众种植有基础、经营主体有规模等发展紫米产业的优势,但也存在缺乏有资质的种子生产企业、品种栽培技术研究不够及产业未规模化等方面的问题。建议制定中长期规划、做好种子保障工作、持续开展品种试验和筛选、抓好宣传发动和技术培训、抓好生产组织与基地建设、强化技术指导与服务、创新市场营销渠道等系列对策和措施以加快钦州市紫米产业发展。

Due to unique nutritional value and health function of purple rice,its cultivation has become the main pathway to promote agricultural and rural economic development and increase farmers'income in some areas.The unique geographical location and climate condition of Qinzhou City are especially suitable for cultivating purple rice.Promoting the development of purple rice industry in Qinzhou City can drive local farmers to increase their income,and consolidate and expand industrial foundation of rural revitalization.In order to provide a reference for purple rice industry developing into the new characteristics superiority agricultural industry in Qinzhou City,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for expanding purple rice industry development in Qinzhou City are proposed based on the analysis of the development status of domestic purple rice industry and the main advantages and shortages of purple rice industry developing in Qinzhou City.There are superiorities of prominent climate advantages,abundant land resource,ensuring varieties source,farmers having cultivation basis and scale business entities for development of purple rice industry in Qinzhou City,however,there are also problems including deficient qualified seed production enterprises,insufficient study on cultivar cultivation technique and lacking of scale industry.The corresponding countermeasures such as formulating medium-and long-term plan,doing a good job in seed guarantee,conducting cultivar experiment and screening constantly,paying attention to promotion and technical train,focusing on production organization and base construction,strengthening technical guidance and service and innovating market sale channels are put forward to accelerate the development of purple rice industry in Qinzhou City.
