摘要
以碱回收锅炉的脱硫喷枪为对象,运用数值模拟的方法研究雾化粒径大小、喷射速度和雾化角度对脱硫效果的影响。结果表明:液滴初始雾化直径对蒸发完全时间和水蒸气分布均有较大影响,粒径为400μm的液滴蒸发完全所需时间是粒径100μm的3.96倍;喷射速度和雾化角度对蒸发完全时间和水蒸气分布的影响程度各有不同,但均远小于雾化粒径的影响。
Taking the desulfurization spray gun of the alkali recovery boiler as the object,the effects of atomization particle size,injection speed and atomization angle on the desulfurization effect are studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the initial diameter of the atomized droplets has a influence on the complete evaporation time and water vapor distribution.The complete evaporation time of 400μm droplet is 3.96 times of that of 100μm droplet.The effects of spray speed and atomization angle on the complete evaporation time and water vapor distribution are different,but they are far smaller than the effects of atomization particle size.
