摘要
介绍了国产引进型第Ⅰ代超超临界参数1000 MW汽轮机组技术指标、结构和实测经济性能。该型机组经十几年参数、回热系统优化已经进入第Ⅲ代,通过性能考核试验,表明机组热耗率明显下降。在科技创新引领下,又发展至二次再热和高低位分轴布置超超临界参数机组,热耗率达6882 kJ/kWh,煤耗比Ⅰ代机组降低了15.7 g/kWh。
It introduces the domestic import typeⅠgeneration ultra-supercritical parameter 1000 MW steam turbine unit technical indicators,structure,and the measured economic performance.This type of machine after more than ten years of regenerative system parameters,the optimization has entered theⅢgeneration.Through performance test,the unit heat consumption rate is significantly lower.Under the guidance of scientific and technological innovation,it develops to the secondary reheating and the arrangement of ultra-supercritical parameter units with high and low level sub-axes.The heat consumption rate is up to 6882 kJ/kWh,and the coal consumption decreases by 15.7 g/kWh thanⅠgeneration unit.
