摘要
为科学合理地评价配电台区的发展水平,利用层析分析法构建低压配电台区的评价指标模型,以主成分法为理论基础,对低压配电台区中的评价指标进行降维和去相关处理,生成新的评价指标主成分评价指标体系,并为各主成分赋予新的评价得分。同时,利用数据包络法来对新的评价指标体系进行评价,得到各个台区的效率值和指标目标值。相关算例验证了该评价方法的客观性和科学性。
In order to evaluate the development level of the low-voltage distribution network objectively and scientifically,chromatography analysis method is utilized to construct evaluation index model of low-voltage distribution network.Based on the theory of principal component method,the dimension-reduction and de-correlation of multiple evaluation index system for the low-voltage distribution network are performed.The evaluation index system of principal components of the new evaluation index is generated and the new evaluation scores are given to the principal components.Meanwhile,the data envelopment method is utilized to evaluate the new evaluation index system,and the efficiency and target value of every court are obtained.An example is given to verify the objectivity and scientificity of the evaluation method.
