摘要
GIS组合电器作为变电站的重要设备,其安装质量对变电站正常运行有重要作用。传统变电站GIS组合电器安装中,通常土建、电气施工交叉作业,安装环境空气污染严重,容易污染GIS组合电器,降低GIS组合电器中SF6气体纯度,影响GIS组合电器安装质量,进而影响GIS组合电器使用寿命。通过在GIS组合电器安装过程中引入无尘化施工方法,研究和编制无尘化施工方案和管理规定,确保大工序及关键环节质量控制,有效提高了GIS组合电器的安装质量和使用寿命,降低了GIS组合电器老化速度,为以后GIS组合电器安装提供参考。
As an important equipment in substation construction,the installation quality of GIS plays an important role in the normal operation of the whole substation.In the traditional installation of GIS,the civil and electrical construction are usually carried out in a cross operation.The air pollution in the installation environment is serious,which is easy to pollute the environment in the GIS equipment warehouse.It reduces the SF6 gas purity in GIS,and affects the installation quality of GIS.Then it affects the service life of GIS equipment.By introducing the dust-free construction method in the installation process of GIS,the dust-free construction scheme and construction process are studied to ensure the quality control of major processes and key links,which effectively extend the installation quality and service life of GIS.It also reduces the aging speed of GIS equipment,and provides a reference case for future GIS construction.
