岳仁宋基于伏风理论辨治顽固性慢性荨麻疹经验

Clinical Experience of Professor YUE Rensong Who has Differentiated and Treated Refractory Chronic Urticaria Based on the Theory of“Fufeng”

顽固性慢性荨麻疹是指荨麻疹中病情反复、间断发作者,病程缠绵难愈,治疗效果不佳,严重影响患者生活质量。四川省名中医岳仁宋教授基于中医伏邪理论,提出“伏风”是本病的发病基础,风邪内伏,外邪引动是其核心病机,主张以祛风止痒、抗敏调和为大法,以抗敏煎为基础方。本文就“伏风”理论在顽固性慢性荨麻疹的运用进行探讨,以期对本病的治疗思路有所补充。

Refractory chronic urticaria refers to the kind of recurrent and intermittent illness in urticaria,the course of which is difficult to heal,the treatment effect is not good,and it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Based on the theory of“Fuxie”in traditional Chinese medicine,Professor YUE Rensong,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Sichuan Province,proposed that“Fufeng”is the basis of the disease.And the core pathogenesis is initiation of the insidious wind when disease outbreaks.So the key point is“dispelling wind and relieving itching,anti-sensitive and harmonic”,so that we should use Kangmin Decoction as the basic formula.This article discuss the application based on the theory of“Fufeng”of refractory chronic urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine,and hope to provide a therapeutic approach for this disease.
