反流性食管炎的中医分期论治探讨

Summary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Staged Treatment Experience of Reflux Esophagitis

反流性食管炎是消化内科常见疾病,好发于各年龄段人群,临床表现为烧心、反流、上腹痛、嗳气等,主要病理表现为食管黏膜充血、糜烂、溃疡。该疾病的病理机制复杂,病情变化多样,若不及时治疗或治疗不彻底甚至会引发食管狭窄、Barrett食管、Delahunty综合征等一系列严重的并发症,严重影响患者的生命健康。中医治疗以整体的观念出发,强调整体与局部相结合,标本兼治,维持机体的生理平衡,促进恢复。本文论述了对反流性食管炎采取中医分期论治的经验总结,强调在中医药辨证施治的同时,注重调节脾胃之气,改善饮食习惯,临床效果显著。

Reflux esophagitis is a common disease in the department of gastroenterology.It occurs in all age groups.The clinical manifestations include heartburn,reflux,upper abdominal pain and belching,etc.The main pathological manifestations are esophageal mucosal hyperemia,erosionand ulceration.The pathological mechanism of the disease is complex,and the condition varies.If it isn’t treated or treated incompletely,it may even cause a series of serious complications such as esophageal stricture,Barrett’s esophagus and Delahunty syndrome which seriously affect the life and health of patients.Based on the overall concept,TCM treatment emphasizes the combination of the whole and the local,treating both the symptoms and the causes,maintaining the physiological balance of the body and promoting recovery.In this paper,experience in TCM staged treatment for reflux esophagitis was summarized,emphasizing focusing on regulating the spleen and stomach qi during TCM dialectical treatment and improving eating habits.The clinical effects are obvious.
