随着致病因素、社会环境、饮食结构等的改变,毒的物质基础已然发生了变化,从毒论治相关疾病有了较大发展。高血压发病与代谢性疾病密切相关,从痰瘀毒论治高血压,为临床提供新思路,且疗效显著。我们认为痰瘀毒作为高血压毒的重要致病因素,临床上以活血化痰为基础,佐以清热解毒、芳香化浊、通腑泄浊为基本治疗原则,在顽固高血压有较好疗效,且在早期高血压中亦能提高疗效。

With the change of pathogenic factors,social environment and dietary structure,the material basis of poison has changed,and the treatment of related diseases by poison theory has developed greatly.The incidence of hypertension is closely related to metabolic diseases.Treating hypertension by poison theory provides a new idea for clinic,and the curative effect is remarkable.We believe that phlegm,stasis and toxin,as important pathogenic factors of hypertension toxin,are clinically based on activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm,accompanied by clearing away heat and removing toxicity,resolving turbidity with aroma,purging Fu and turbiity as the basic therapeutic principles,and has a good curative effect in stubborn hypertension,and can also improve the curative effect in early hypertension.
