槐杞黄颗粒联合穴位贴治疗儿童便秘的安全性有效性分析

Analysis on the Safety and Effectiveness of Using Huaiqihuang Granule Combined with Acupoint Sticking in the Treatment of Children’s Constipation

目的:研究槐杞黄颗粒联合穴位贴治疗儿童便秘的安全性以及有效性。方法:以来我院收治的确诊为儿童便秘的患者为研究对象,从2019年02月~2019年09月确诊的56例患儿,并将其随机组合分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组28例。两组均给予穴位贴疗法治疗儿童便秘,而观察组则是在对照组的治疗基础上用开水冲服槐杞黄颗粒,每次10g,每日2次,2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效,比较观察组和对照组在治疗前与治疗后的排便次数、排便难度和排便时间的情况以及不良反应发生的情况。结果:治疗后,观察组中的患儿的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的治疗总有效率的71.43%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的两组排便次数、排便难度、排便时间等评分均有降低,其中观察组的患者中排便次数、排便难度、排便时间评分低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的观察组的患者中出现不良反应的的发生率为7.14%,对照组的患者中出现不良反升的发生率为28.57%,观察组明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒联合穴位贴对儿童便秘的治疗效果明显,疗效显著,对改善儿童的便秘症状非常有效,能够提高儿童的生存质量,提高免疫力,减少不良反应,在我院观察应用期间效果显著,可以推广使用,应用于临床有一定的意义。

Objective:To study the safety and effectiveness of using Huaiqihuang Granule combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of children’s constipation.Methods:Since then,56children with constipation diagnosed in our hospital had been taken as the research objects.From February 2019to September 2019,56children were randomly divided into two groups,the controlled group and the observation group,28cases in each group.Both groups were given acupoint sticking therapy to treat children’s constipation,while the observation group was on the basis of the treatment of the controlled group,taking Huaiqihuang Granules with boiling water,10g/time,twice/day,two weeks as a course of treatment,two courses of treatment.Observing the clinical effect of the two groups,comparing the defecation frequency,defecation difficulty,defecation time and adverse reactions of the observation group and the controlled group before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of children in the observation group was 92.86%,higher than that in the controlled group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The scores of defecation times,defecation difficulty and defecation time in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.14%in the observation group and 28.57%in the controlled group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huaiqihuang Granule combined with acupoint sticking has obvious therapeutic effect on children’s constipation,which is very effective for improving children’s constipation symptoms,improving children’s quality of life,improving immunity,reducing adverse reactions.During the observation and application in our hospital,it has significant effect,can be widely used,and has certain clinical significance.
