火龙灸治疗脾肾阳虚型混合痔术后疼痛临床研究

Clinical Study of Applying Huolong Moxibustion in the Treatment of Spleen-kidney Yang-deficiency Type Mixed Hemorrhoids on with Postoperative Pain

目的:研究分析火龙灸治疗脾肾阳虚型混合痔术后疼痛的疗效及安全性。方法:将2019年1月~2020年3月300例符合纳入标准的脾肾阳虚型混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予每日1次火龙灸治疗术后疼痛,对照组予每日口服布洛芬片。比较两组治疗前后(术后第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天)术口疼痛评分、中医症状积分、舌脉象积分、安全性指标(烧烫伤等不良事件发生率)等情况。结果:(1)两组患者经治疗后疼痛均有好转,评分较前明显减低,治疗组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)两组患者经治疗后脾肾阳虚中医症状及舌脉象积分均有下降,术后第3天两组中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第5天及第7天中医症状评分具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组舌脉象积分在术后第3天、第5天、第7天差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)治疗组及对照组术后小便不利发生概率为17.3%:37.3%;(4)两组患者疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中火龙灸组有效率达99.3%;(5)两组治疗中及治疗后均未发生不良事件。结论:火龙灸治疗脾肾阳虚型混合痔术后疼痛疗效确切,临床应用安全,是值得在治疗脾肾阳虚型混合痔术后疼痛中推广的中医特色疗法。

Objective:To study and analyze the curative effect and safety of Huolong Moxibustion for treating post-operative pain of mixed hemorrhoids with deficiency of spleen-kidney Yang.Methods:From January 2019to March 2020,300patients with mixed hemorrhoids of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.The treatment group was treated with Huolong Moxibustion once a day for postoperative pain,and the controlled group was treated with Ibuprofen Tablets every day.Before and after treatment(the first day,the third day,the fifth day,the seventh day),the scores of pain at the mouth of operation,TCM symptoms,tongue and pulse,safety indicators(incidence of adverse events such as scald)were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The pain in the two groups improved after treatment,and the score was significantly lower than that in the controlled group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);2.There was statistical significance between the two groups on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation(P<0.05);3.The probability of adverse urination in the treatment group and the controlled group was 17.3%and 37.3%;4.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of Huolong Moxibustion group was as high as 99.3%;There were no adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion:Huolong Moxibustion is effective and safe in the treatment of post-operative pain of mixed hemorrhoids of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,which is worth popularizing in the treatment of post-operative pain of mixed hemorrhoids of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.
