在马克思看来,分工绝不是开天辟地以来就自在存在的一种自然现象,而是经历了一个自然演进、渐进发展的历史进程。马克思从现实的物质生产活动出发,揭示出分工从自然分工到自发分工,未来向共产主义自觉分工过渡的历史进程,分工的历史扩展也经历了从“自然”因素决定到“社会”因素决定的发展历程。

In Marx’s view,division of labor is not a natural phenomenon that exists freely since the beginning of the earth,but has experienced a historical process of natural evolution and gradual development.Starting from the realistic material production activities,Marx revealed the historical process of the transition from natural division of labor to spontaneous division of labor and from the future to communist conscious division of labor.The historical expansion of division of labor has also experienced the development process from"natural" factor to "social" factor.
