摘要
主要阐述了阿拉伯木聚糖抗氧化、益生特性、免疫活性和降血糖等功能特性的研究进展,以期为阿拉伯木聚糖的开发与应用提供理论基础。
The research progress on the antioxidant, probiotic, immunological and hypoglycemic properties of arabinoxylan was reviewed, which provides a theoretical basis for the later research on the application of arabinoxylan.
