综合型气象科普信息互动服务平台开发及应用 被引量:2

摘要 气象科普信息化是提升气象知识传播与科普服务能力的重要途径。以气象科普知识分享、科普活动组织和气象服务管理为主要功能的气象科普服务信息平台,综合气象信息的发布、交互、安全和管理功能,实现气象科普的知识性、趣味性和多样性,提升气象科普的服务水平。该文基于信息系统B/S架构和Web技术,提出了气象科普服务平台设计与开发的完整方案,面向气象科普服务的业务需求,整合碎片化的气象科普信息,实现了气象新闻、科普知识、科普视频、线上互动、气象服务、气象会员等栏目的一站式管理,支持科普内容的多类型客户端访问。该平台已服务于广州市气象学会的科普工作,运行了六年以上,可靠性和安全性高,为推广气象科普工作提供有效的信息平台。 The informatization of meteorological science popularization is an important way to improve the meteorological knowledge dissemination and science popularization service ability.A meteorological popular science service information platform with the main functions of meteorological popular science knowledge sharing,popular science activities organization and meteorological service management integrates the publishing,interaction,security and management functions of meteorological information to realize the knowledge,interest and diversity of meteorological science popularization and improve the service level of meteorological science popularization.Based on the information system Browser/Server(B/S)architecture and Web technology,we propose a complete scheme for the design and development of the meteorological science service platform.To meet the business needs of meteorological science popularization services,by integrating fragmented meteorological science information,the one-stop management of meteorological news,popular science knowledge,popular science videos,online interaction,meteorological services,meteorological members and other columns have been realized,with support of the multi-type client access of popular science content.This platform has served the science popularization of Guangzhou Meteorological Society for more than six years,with high reliability and safety,which provides an effective information platform for popularizing the science popularization of meteorology.
