Research on the Accounting Personnel Training Model under the Background of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

“一带一路”倡议的推进,对会计提出了全新的需求,高校会计人才培养模式需要相应地进行调整,从本质上深入开展会计教育的国际化,培养具有国际思维与实操能力的复合型人才。本文探讨了当前会计人才需要具备的能力,并对现有会计人才培养模式的改善提出自己的一些想法。

The promotion of the“Belt and Road”Initiative puts forward a new demand for accounting.The accounting personnel training mode in colleges and universities should be adjusted accordingly to cultivate compound talents with international thinking and practical ability.The internationalization of accounting education should be carried out deeply.This paper discusses the ability required of current accounting talents,and puts forward some ideas to improve the existing accounting personnel training mode.
