摘要
高职院校国际化是全球化的时代背景及“一带一路”建设对高职院校的要求,师资队伍的国际化很大程度决定了高职院校国际化的成效。本文在分析了高职院校国际化师资队伍建设存在的问题后,提出了将国际化师资队伍建设纳入院校战略规划、对国际化师资队伍的建设制定长期规划、拓宽国际化师资培养的渠道、创建适合国际化教师实践的教学条件的解决对策,希望能有助于高职院校国际化师资队伍的建设。
The internalization of higher vocational colleges in China is promoted by the globalization and the“Belt and Road”Initiative.The outcome of the internationalization of higher vocational colleges is deeply influenced by the degree of the internationalization of teaching staff.In this paper,after analyzing the current problems existing in the construction of internationalized teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,several solutions are proposed such as including the construction of internationalized teaching staff in the developing strategy of the college,working out a long-term plan for the construction,broadening the routes and establishing the practice platform for the trained teachers,with the hope that these solutions can help higher vocational colleges in constructing internationalized teaching staff.
