儒家和谐文化融入高职学校班级管理建设的实践可行性研究

Study on the Practical Feasibility of Integrating Confucian Harmonious Culture into Class Management Construction in Higher Vocational Schools

高职学校班级管理存在诸多不和谐现象,主要是家庭教育、社会评价和传统文化的缺失造成的。班级管理不能用传统的灌输、压制等手段,可以将传统文化的精华部分融入其中,儒家和谐文化就有很高的借鉴价值。笔者将“仁者爱人”“齐之以礼”“以和为贵”“和而不同”等思想融入班级管理之中,建设积极向上的和谐班级。

There are many disharmonious phenomena in class management in higher vocational schools,mainly caused by the lack of family education,social evaluation and traditional culture.Class management cannot use traditional indoctrination,suppression and other means,but can integrate the essence of traditional culture into it.Confucian harmonious culture has a high reference value.The author integrates the ideas of“benevolent lover”,“courtesy of neat”,“peace is the most precious”and“harmony with difference”into class management to create a class atmosphere of unity atmosphere of unity courtesy and discipline,and to build a positive and harmonious class.
