艺术类高校校企合作人才培养模式探索与研究

Exploration and Research on the Training Mode of College-enterprise Cooperation Talents in Art Colleges and Universities

目前,我国艺术类高校在校企合作中还面临着合作模式单一,缺乏战略思维创新;高校人才培养与企业休憩不匹配;校企合作双方的利益分配存在冲突等问题。为了确保校企合作模式创新得以顺利进行,最终实现人才战略,必须要完善运行机制,这是重要保障工作。对于国家政府层面来说,则主要是政府部门与各种各样的支持,在资金和政策上给予优惠。目前来看,许多高校的校企合作品牌不够,资金支持小,教学内容过于单一,渠道简单,合作的层次较低,通过政策上的积极引导,可以帮助建立良好的合作氛围。另外,高校必须要转变观念,积极了解企业的实际需要,改变传统的一贯作风,深入到企业内部去改善校企合作的各方面体制机制,确保校企合作有序发展。

At present,there are many problems in the cooperation between art universities and enterprises,such as the lack of strategic thinking innovation,the mismatch between talent cultivation and enterprise rest,the conflict of benefit distribution between the two sides.In order to guarantee the innovation of school-enterprise cooperation mode and finally realize the talent strategy,it is important to perfect the operation mechanism.For the national government level,it is mainly the government departments and a variety of support,in the funding and policy concessions.At present,the cooperation brands of many colleges and universities are not enough,the funds support is small,the teaching content is too unitary,the channel is simple,the cooperation level is low,through the policy positive guidance,may help to establish the good cooperation atmosphere.In addition,colleges and universities must change their ideas,actively understand the actual needs of enterprises,change the traditional style of work,go deep into the enterprise to improve the school-enterprise cooperation in all aspects of the system and mechanism,to ensure the orderly development of school-enterprise cooperation.
