改革开放40年学校体育回顾反思和发展路径探析

Review and Reflection on School Physical Education in the Past 40 Years of Reform and Opening up and Analysis on Its Development Path

通过文献资料、专家访谈等方法分析认为改革开放40年来学校体育发展符合中华民族伟大复兴、教育体制改革、现代社会进步的需求,先后经历了六个教育理念主导阶段,每个教育理念都具有非常鲜明的时代特征,在取得巨大成绩的同时也存在有待改进和完善之处,具体实现路径为贯彻落实“立德树人”“健康第一”的指导思想;加强学校体育政策的可持续性、可执行性和民主化发展;加快师资队伍建设;完善各学段学校体育衔接机制。

Through the literature material,expert interview and other methods to analyze thought 40 years of reform and opening up the school sports development conforms to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the education system reform,the requirements of modern social progress,has experienced six education concept leading stage,each education concept has very distinct characteristics of the times,the great achievements at the same time there are also needs to improve and perfect,specific implementation path for the implementation of“moral education strengthening and people cultivation”of“health comes first”guiding ideology;strengthening the sustainability,enforceability and democratic development of school physical education policies;to accelerate the construction of teaching staff;we will improve the physical education linkage mechanism for each school period.
