基层理论宣讲志愿者队伍建设研究

建设一支有自觉意识、把理论研究与基层宣讲相结合的志愿者队伍,是实现基层理论宣讲常态化且可持续发展的关键。目前,基层理论宣讲志愿者队伍存在着数量庞大,但宣讲与研究结合型人才不足;宣讲形式多样,但理论宣讲志愿者形象特征弱化;宣讲通俗易懂,但理论层次有待提升;宣讲投入较大,但规范性管理欠缺等问题。建议从队伍建设专业化、管理专门化、宣讲专题化上加强基层理论宣讲志愿者队伍建设,以突出基层理论宣讲的意识形态教育及舆情引导特别功能。

It is the key link to realize the normalized and sustainable development of grass-roots theory publicity to establish a team of volunteers with self awareness and combine theoretical research with grass-roots publicity.At present,there are a large number of volunteers for grass roots theory publicity,but with a shortage of talents who can combine publicity and research.There are various forms of publicity,but the image characteristics of theoretical publicity volunteers are weakened.The speech is easy to understand,but the theoretical level needs to be improved.The input of publicity is large,but the normative management of theory publicity volunteers is deficient.It is suggested to strengthen the construction of the volunteer team of grass roots theory publicity from the aspects of team construction specialization,management specialization and thematic publicity,so as to highlight the special functions of grass-roots theory publicity both in ideological education and public opinion guidance.
