掌握学习理论下大学英语大班分层教学研究

Research on the Stratified College English Teaching Based on Mastery Learning Theory

基于掌握学习理论,采用分层教学、混合式教学相结合的教学模式,针对大学英语教学班级人数多、学生英语水平参差不齐的状况,采用线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式,对基础不同的学生制定有差异性的教学计划,布置有层次性的学习任务,采取终结性评价和过程性评价相结合的方式,实现大学英语教学最优化,有效提高学生的英语学习效果。

Based on the mastery learning theory,adopting the teaching mode of stratified teaching combined with blended teaching,this study adopts the hybrid teaching mode of online and offline combination,considering the situation of the large number of students in college English teaching classes and students’uneven English competence levels.The combination of summative and procedural evaluation,along with different teaching plans and different tasks to students who have different English competence levels,can optimize college English teaching and effectively improve students’English learning effect.
