The exploration and practice of ecological civilization in Huzhou is the epitome of the“Two Mountains Theory”implementation in Zhejiang and even the whole nation,which vividly demonstrates the formation and development process of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.With the development process from trading lucid waters and lush mountains for gold and silver,to aspiring for not only gold and silver,but also lucid waters and lush mountains,then to the belief that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,Huzhou had kept practicing the“Two Mountains Theory”by taking the theory as the core,the ecological improvement as the basis,green development as the guide,cultivate ecological culture as the support,from the aspects of strategic determination,comparative advantage,reform and innovation,people-centered,accumulating experience and providing a demonstration for the construction of ecological civilization in the whole nation.
