人乳头瘤病毒阳性患者宫颈做活组织病理检查及P16蛋白检测的价值分析

Value of cervical biopsy and P16 protein detection in HPV positive patients

目的研究探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性患者宫颈做活组织病理检查及P16蛋白检测的价值,并加以分析。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月在安徽医科大学附属阜阳医院接受检查确诊的270例HPV阳性患者,对患者宫颈做活组织病理检查以及P16蛋白检测,观察270例确诊的HPV阳性患者的上皮病变情况、P16在不同级别病变中的表达情况。结果270例确诊HPV阳性患者接受活组织病理检查后,高级别上皮内病变患者有66例,低级别上皮内病变患者有118例,炎症/萎缩患者86例;P16蛋白在高级别上皮内病变、低级别上皮内病变以及炎症/萎缩三种组织中的表达率分别为100%(66/66)、83.05%(98/118)、34.88%(30/86),三种病变中P16表达情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对确诊HPV阳性患者宫颈做活组织病理检查以及P16蛋白检测,可以提高临床对改病症的正确诊断率,对该病的诊断意义较大,值得临床应用。

【Objective】To explore and analyze the value of cervical biopsy and P16 protein detection in HPV positive patients.【Methods】Two hundred and seventy HPV-positive patients diagnosed and confirmed in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected for biopsy and P16 protein detection of the cervix,and the epithelial lesions and P16 expression in different levels of lesions were observed.【Results】Two hundred and seventy confirmed HPV-positive patients underwent biopsy,there were 66 patients with high-grade intraepithelial lesions,118 patients with low-grade intraepithelial lesions,86 patients with inflammation/atrophy;the expression rate of P16 protein in high-grade intraepithelial lesions,low grade intraepithelial lesions and inflammation/atrophy tissues was 100%(66/66),83.05%(98/118),34.88%(30/86),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The biopsy and P16 protein detection of the cervix of the HPV-positive patient can improve the correct diagnosis rate of the disease in the clinic,which is of great significance for the disease diagnosis and is worthy of clinical application.
