The interview starts from what the future technology is and why the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences should take the lead in setting up the School of Future Technology,Lei Jiang,Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences,based on the general law of scientists’growth and his own experience in scientific research practice,introduced how to predict and make forward-looking arrangement of the field of future technology research,and what core abilities and qualities the future technical talents need to have according to his own ideas and understanding.At the same time,he also used vivid language and examples to share the construction ideas and main measures of the School of Future Technology of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from the aspects of talents training innovation,teaching staff selection principles,training platform construction.
