摘要
国科大未来技术学院在新一轮科技革命到来之际应时而生。对其近五年的发展进行系统研究发现,学院以孕育未来技术、培养具备交叉学科背景人才为目标,通过组织制度创新建设跨学科组织和未来技术研发平台;通过人才培养体系重构,初步建立了以学生为中心的培养模式,在课程体系、教学组织、个性化培养、创新实践等方面都进行了有益探索;通过科教融合、产教融合凝聚高水平师资队伍、打造开放协同的产学研综合平台,统筹多方资源支撑学院可持续发展。国科大未来技术学院的建设模式,对我国"新工科"建设和未来技术学院试点具有重要启示意义。
As the first school in China that name by"future technology",the School of Future Technology of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences was born facing the surging tide of new technology revolution.Through system study on the school’s five years experiment,this paper found the school built up an interdisciplinary research organization for future technology through organizational reform;Preliminarily formed a new system of cultivating technology talents with instructive experiments in interdisciplinary curriculum,teaching and learning,personalized education,and internship;Set up a comprehensive open research and education platform with multiple stakeholders through integration of research and education as well as integration of education and industry,successful raise funding for the school’s sustainable development.The mode of the school has important implication for the"new engineering education"reform and the pilot project of school of future technology.
