高职院校专业群组织模式识别及其特征——建设方案内容挖掘视角

On Organization Pattern Recognition and Characteristics of Major Cluster in Higher Vocational Institution——From the Perspective of Content Mining of Construction Scheme

专业群建设是高水平高职院校建设的重要保障,专业群组织形式和内在专业结构直接影响专业群的发展方向和人才培养质量。从专业群建设方案内容挖掘视角对专业群组织模式识别和群组强度、类别互动及产业分布等特征分析结果显示,专业群组织模式可分为内生型、外联型及综合型。不同模式专业群跨专业类别越多,群组强度越大;不同类型专业群产业分布不均衡;不同组织模式间具有关联和互动。

The construction of major cluster is one of the important guarantees for the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges,and the organizational form and internal structure of major cluster are directly related to the development direction of major cluster and the quality of personnel training.From the perspective of content mining of relevant construction schemes of major cluster,this study identifies the organizational pattern of major cluster,and further analyzes relevant characteristics such as group strength,category interaction and industrial distribution of major cluster.The results show that the professional group organization pattern can be divided into endogenous type,external type and integrated type.In different organizational patterns,the more cross-professional categories in the professional group,the greater the group strength;Different types of major cluster in the industry distribution is not balanced.There is a certain correlation and interaction between different organizational patterns.Finally,some suggestions are put forward based on the research results.
