新时代“双高计划”学校建设推进逻辑与实践路径 被引量:6

On Promotion Logic and Practical Path of College Construction of Double High Plan in the New Era

摘要 "双高计划"学校建设作为新时代高职教育发展的核心主题,蕴含了高水平学校与高水平专业群之间的内在辩证关系,表现为高水平学校以高水平专业群为依托打造学校办学特色,高水平专业群通过示范作用带动其他专业群发展,高水平学校和专业群共同发力彰显职教之道。"后示范"时期"双高计划"学校建设,要实现人才培养从"技能型"向"技能复合型"、社会服务从"校企合作"向"校行企合作"、院校发展从"管理"向"治理"转变。同时,为引领新时代职业教育实现高质量发展,打造技术技能人才培养高地,"双高计划"学校建设应聚焦高水平专业群建设、技术技能创新服务平台打造、高水平双师队伍构建。 As the core theme of the development of higher vocational education in the new era,the college construction of the Double High Plan contains the inherent dialectical relationship between high-level vocational colleges and high-level specialties.Specifically,high-level vocational colleges rely on high-level specialties to create college characteristics,high-level specialties drive the development of other specialties through demonstration,and high-level vocational colleges and specialties work together to demonstrate vocational education.In the post-demonstration period,the Double High Plan needs to realize the transformation of talent cultivation logic from skill-based to skill complex,social service logic from college-enterprise cooperation to college-industry-enterprise cooperation,and college development logic from management to governance.At the same time,in order to lead the new era of vocational education to achieve high-quality development and create a high ground for training technical and skilled personnel,it is necessary to focus on the construction of high-level specialties,build a technical and technical innovation service platform,and establish a team of high-level dual capability teacher.
