摘要
近年来,随着人们生活及饮食方式的变化,糖尿病发病率逐年升高且日趋年轻化,严重影响人们的身心健康。果蔬富含人体所必需维生素、无机盐、有机酸、生物酶、植物纤维等功效成分,具有调节人体生理功能、提高免疫力等功效。本研究查阅国内外文献资料,筛选对糖尿病有一定功效的山药、山楂、苦瓜、南瓜、魔芋5种特色果蔬,综述了其特性及在降低血糖方面药理作用,以期为具有不同代谢紊乱特征糖尿病患者健康饮食提供理论指导。
In recent years,with the change of people′s lifestyle and diet,the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year and getting younger,which has seriously affected people′s physical and mental health.Fruits and vegetables are rich in essential vitamins,inorganic salts,organic acids,enzymes,plant fibers and other functional components,which can regulate human physiological functions and improve immunity.By referring to the literatures at home and abroad,this study screened five characteristic fruits and vegetables,namely Yam,hawthorn,balsam pear,pumpkin and konjac,and summarized the characteristics of these fruits and vegetables and their effects on hpyerglycemic,so as to provide theoretical guidance for diabetic patients with different characteristics of metabolic disorders.
