Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)对烧结矿铁酸钙生成能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 针对烧结矿中含铝过高而导致烧结黏结相强度差的问题,本文采用烧结杯实验,通过分析不同Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)比值条件下生产的烧结矿的矿物组成与矿相结构,研究混合料中该比值对烧结矿铁酸钙的形成规律。研究结果表明:Al_(2)O_(3)是形成复合铁酸钙的条件,其量少时有利于针状铁酸钙的形成,可以降低烧结矿混合料的初熔温度,改善烧结矿质量。在所研究原料的基础上,当Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)比值在0.35~0.40时,CAF3生成量最高;当Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)比值超过0.40后,烧结矿低温还原粉化指数逐渐恶化。 Aiming at the problem of excessively high aluminum content in sinter that leads to poor sintering bond strength,a sintering cup experiment is adopted,the formation law of calcium ferrite in sinter by this ratio in the mixture is studied through analyzing the mineral composition and mineral phase structure of sinter produced under different Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio conditions.The results show that Al2O3 is the condition for forming complex calcium ferrite.Slight Al2O3 is beneficial to the formation of acicular calcium ferrite,it not only can reduce the initial melting temperature of the sinter mixture,but also can improve the quality of the sinter.On the basis of the studied materials,the CAF3 reaches the maximum when the Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio is in the range of 0.35 to 0.40,and the low temperature reduction pulverization index of sinter runs down as the Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio is more than 0.40.
