摘要
针对烧结单辊破碎机系统导料箱在烧结生产中受超厚料层、烧结矿温度提升及转鼓强度增加等因素的影响,导致其耐磨寿命急剧下降的问题,本文通过对导料箱耐磨材料选用的改善、耐磨堆焊工艺的改进,以及相关部件设计结构的优化,大大地提升了导料箱耐磨寿命,实现其耐磨寿命达18~24个月,为生产提供了保障。
Aiming at the factors that the guide box of the sintering single-roll crusher system is affected by the increase of the ultra-thick material layer,the sinter temperature and the drum strength in the sintering production,which leads to the problem that the wear-resistant service life drops sharply,the wear-resistant service life is greatly improved by such methods as the improvement in the selection of wear-resistant materials,the increase in the wear-resistant cladding welding process,and the optimization of the design and structure of related components.The wear-resistant service life of 18~24 months for the guide box is achieved,which provides a guarantee for production.
