摘要 针对宣钢回转窑结圈的难题,本文采用宏观观测和XRD检测方法对其结圈物形成的过程及原因进行了分析。结果表明:回转窑中球团含粉末多,高温焙烧导致粉末之间产生固相反应是产生结圈的主要原因;球团中SiO_(2)、CaO质量分数高,易生成低熔点的铁橄榄石、钙铁橄榄石液相,是产生结圈的诱因。在此基础上,本文通过采取调整配矿、降低脉石占比、完善工艺设施、规范工艺操作、缓解回转窑局部高温等措施,彻底解决了结圈的难题,实现了链箅机—回转窑的稳定生产。 In view of the problem of ringing of XUANSTEEL rotary kiln,the process and reason of ringing material are analyzed by using such methods as macroscopic observation and XRD detection,while the corresponding optimization and improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the pellets in rotary kiln containing so many powders,and the solid phase reaction between powders caused by roasting at high temperature,are the main causes of ringing formation.The high content of SiO_(2) and CaO in pellets leads to the formation of liquid phase of iron olivine and calcium iron olivine with low melting point,which is the inducement of ringing formation.Based on such measures as adjusting ore blending,reducing gangue content,perfecting process facilities,standardizing process operation,alleviating local high temperature in rotary kiln,etc.,the problem of ringing formation in rotary kiln is thoroughly solved,and the stable production of chain grate-rotary kiln is realized.
