放射性污染通风防护服动力送风单元设计

摘要 设计了一种直接将作业现场空气过滤净化后供穿戴人员呼吸的便携式动力送风单元。送风单元采用小型化、紧凑化设计,体积190 mm×170 mm×66 mm.重1.6 kg。定制了微型风机,正常工况点下满足风量25~35 m^(3)/h,风压约800~1000 Pa的性能指标。设计了送风单元的温度和流量反馈控制功能,基于温度传感器和光耦传感器的温度、流量实时监测模块,利用PID算法处理反馈信号并输出PWM脉冲可实现按特定模式调控风机送风量。 A portable powered air supply unit is designed,which can directly filter and purify the on-site air for the wearer to breathe.The air supply unit adopts miniaturized and compact design,with a volume of 190 mm×170 mm×66mm and a weight of 1.6kg.The micro fan is customized,which can meet the air volume of 25~35m^(3)/h and the wind pressure of about 800~1000Pa on normal working conditions.The temperature and air rate feedback control function of the air sup-ply unit is designed.Based on the real-time temperature and flow rate monitoring module connect-ed with the temperature sensor and the optocoupler sensor,PID algorithin is used to process the feedback signal and output PWM pulse to control the air rate of the fan in a specific mode.
