白菜型冬油菜根系形态与抗寒性的相关分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Relationship Between Roots and Cold Tolerance of Winter Turnip Rape(Brassica rapa)

摘要 以10个抗寒性不同的白菜型冬油菜品种/系为试材,采用根系扫描等方法,分析不同低温胁迫(4℃,-4℃和-8℃)对白菜型冬油菜根系形态的影响,并探讨这些根系形态参数与其抗寒性(越冬率)间的关系。结果表明,随着温度降低,白菜型冬油菜品种(系)的根系表面积(root surface area,RSA)、根投影面积(root projection area,RPA)及根长(root longer,RL)均显著降低,且弱抗寒品种(系)的这3个根系形态参数下降幅度更大。白菜型冬油菜品种/系的抗寒性与RSA、RPA均显著正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),而与RL关系不密切(P>0.05)。本研究通过构建了白菜型冬油菜抗寒性与根系形态参数间的多元线性回归方程为Y=-30.828-12.500C1+43.020C2+97.576C3(R=0.908,F=9.423)(Y:抗寒性;C1:RSA;C2:RPA;C3:RL)。依据品种的抗寒性,可将10份白菜型冬油菜品种/系聚类为三类,分别为超强抗寒品种(系)、抗寒品种(系)及弱抗寒品种(系)。本研究结果为白菜型冬油菜抗寒鉴定和种质资源筛选提供理论参考。 Tenwinter turnip rape(Brassica rapa L.)cultivarswith different cold resistance were applied as materials,to analyze the morphological changes of root under low temperature(4℃,-4℃,and-8℃)via root scanning,and then to explore the relationship between root morphological parameters and cold resistance of winter turnip rape.The results showed that root surface area(RSA),root projection area(RPA),and root longer(RL)were significantly decreased along with the decrease of temperature,and the cultivars with weak cold resistance had more reduction of the root morphological parameters.The cold-resistance of winter turnip rape had significant positive correlation with RSA and RPA(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and had insignificant positive correlation with RL(P>0.05).The optimal multiple linear regression equations were constructed,Y=-30.828-12.500C1+43.020C2+97.576C3(R=0.908,F=9.423)(Y:cold resistance;C1:RSA,C2:RPA,C3:RL).With cluster analysis,the ten varieties(lines)were divided into three groups,ultra strong,strong,and weak cold resistance varieties(lines).It is helpful to evaluate the cold resistance and germplasm screening of winter turnip rape in the future.
