灰色综合评判在茶树育种中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为评价和筛选茶树优良单株,探索灰色综合评判法在茶树育种中的应用,本研究应用该方法对30个优株与产量相关的9个茶树早期数量性状进行分析。结果表明:不同优株间性状变异丰富,各性状与产量的关联度由大到小依次为:5龄期修剪物重量>4龄期修剪物重量>1龄期修剪物重量>2龄期修剪物重量>3龄期修剪物重量>株高>叶片数>分枝数>茎粗。灰色关联度分析和综合评判法计算所得的等权与加权评判结果具有非常高的吻合度。其中,入选品比试验区的12个优株其综合评判排序均较靠前,且综合排名前十的优株有9株入选了品比试验区,说明该评判方法与大田实际情况较相符,能较为客观地分析各优株的综合表现,为该方法在茶树育种中的应用提供了参考。 In order to evaluate and screen excellent tea plants,and explore the application of grey comprehensive evaluation method in tea tree breeding,this study applied this method to analyze the early quantitative characters of 30 tea plants and 9 tea trees related to yield.The results showed that the traits were rich in different traits,and the correlation between traits and yield was in the following order:5 age pruning weight>4 age pruning weight>1 age pruning weight>2 age pruning weight>3 age pruning weight>plant height>leaf number>branche number>stem diameter.The gray equality analysis and the comprehensive evaluation method have a very high degree of agreement with the weighted evaluation results.Among them,the 12 superior plants in the test area were ranked higher in the comprehensive evaluation,and 9 of the top 10 superior plants were selected in the test area,which proved that this method was consistent with the reality.In addition,this research objectively analyzed the comprehensive performance of various superior plants and provided a reference for the application of this method in tea tree breeding.
