负压封闭引流术治疗四肢创伤软组织缺损的应用效果探讨

Effect of Negative Pressure Closure Drainage in Treatment of Traumatic Soft Tissue Defect of Limbs

目的:探讨真空封闭和引流在四肢软组织缺损治疗中的作用.方法:选取2018年1月-2019年10月期间来我院进行治疗的四肢创伤合并软组织缺损患者50例随机分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(负压封闭引流术治疗),各50例.对治疗效果进行评估,比较2组临床疗效、并发症.结果:观察组创面清洁时间、住院时间均较对照组缩短,观察组创面缩小范围大于对照组,更换药物次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染、贫血、低血钾症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:负压封闭引流技术在四肢软组织缺损治疗中的效果较好,安全性高,值得推广应用.

Objective:To explore the role of vacuum sealing and drainage in the treatment of soft tissue defects of extremities.Methods:from January 2018 to October 2019,50 patients with limb trauma and soft tissue defect who came to our hospital for treatment were randomly divided into the control group(routine treatment)and the observation group(negative pressure closure and drainage treatment),50 cases each.The therapeutic effect was evaluated and the clinical effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of wound cleaning and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the reduction of wound area in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,and the times of drug replacement was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of infection,anemia and hypokalemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the technique of vacuum sealing drainage is effective and safe in the treatment of soft tissue defect of extremities,which is worth popularizing.
